Not everyone needs 1x1 physical therapy, but plenty are still nervous about returning to the gym. I'm super proud of the program we developed - it teaches you how to strengthen your pelvic floor while also learning how to lift and make progress in the gym!"

I love that Carly has a bunch of things set up for the babies who tag along (bouncer, pack n play, etc) or she will simply hold you baby for a while you get those reps in! Carly is passionate about this line of work and I highly recommend her postpartum offerings!

Taking Carly’s Postpartum Foundations class changed my postpartum experience! I was ready to move my body but didn’t know what felt safe for me. Being guided by a physical therapist who understands the pelvic floor personally because she is a mom and who is professionally trained made me feel very taken care of.
